12/10 gym and people. I love it here! The owners, Sean and Kelly, are some pretty amazing people and their gym and community reflects that. I leave each workout sweaty, with a smile on my face, and waving bye to my friends!!!!! Come join you won’t regret it!

One of my favorite workouts in Houston! The workout is always spot on, welcoming enough for newcomers to fitness and hard enough for even the most experienced athletes. But the people/culture set by the coaches are what really set this place apart. You can walk in a total stranger and out a friend with a new workout home. Highly suggest trying out this great gym!
