My 3rd year anniversary was the other day and I have too many words for this gym!First and foremost, the workouts are incredible. I’ve never been stronger in my life, never had better form, and I’ve never had better endurance!I’m a 5 am-er so I can really only attest to Brandon and Emily’s coaching, but there’s no one else I’d rather have so early in the morning. They’re truly the best; I love the energy they bring, how much they push you to be great, how they correct your form, and everything else!The office staff and owners are amazing too! I’ve taken so many different classes at different studios and Illuminate Sweat has the best program by far! The front desk is very friendly and is always smiling. The coaches are there to see you win. You can feel how much they genuinely care to see you get better. They walk around and correct your form or provide that extra push and they’re always positive and full of energy.

Illuminate sweat has changed my life! Not only are the workouts challenging in a good way but the instructors make every workout enjoyable and make waking up at 7am worth it! 10/10 recommend.
