Reviews
I am a longtime patient (of over 15 years) at TSO Champions. I called in about a question that I had about the billing from my previous appointment / eye exam. Christina answered my phone call and she was able to answer my questions and fully resolve the issue. Christina should get the employee of the year award over there at TSO for her EXCELLENT customer/patient service. She deserves some sort of promotion or raise. It's becoming harder to find good customer service nowadays. I love the staff/team at TSO!!!!
I went to Texas State Optical for the first time today. I went for an eye exam and to pick out new glasses. Dr. Joe did the eye exam and took a look at my eyes. Marsha helped me pick out new glasses and explained everything there was to know about the different kind of lenses. Everyone there was kind, professional, neat, thorough, experienced and very knowledgeable. I have never had a better experience anywhere else for glasses. I will be going to Texas State Optical from now on and I highly recommend it to everyone and anyone who needs eye care. They really go above and beyond to help anyone that walks through their door. Easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given.
