“I had a good experience hear when the customer service was presented I knew that I had the best people to help me with what I needed I came in for a medical reason to inspect my eyes for small glass since I’m a tech well the doctor checked me out and seen that I had no glass it must of bin just cuts from the gals I had before but I got some eye drops for no infection so I should be good. First of all, Dr. Lo was incredibly patient with me. I’ll admit… I was being a literal cry baby during parts of the exam because I absolutely hate bright lights pointed directly into my eyes. ? Despite my dramatic reactions, she stayed calm, reassuring, and walked me through everything step by step so I felt comfortable the whole time. You can really tell she cares about her patients and takes the time to make sure you’re okay.

Also, Itzel at the front desk deserves recognition for being amazing. She helped get my appointment set up quickly and even followed up with me before the visit to let me know exactly what the cost would be ahead of time. That level of transparency and communication is honestly so appreciated and made the whole experience stress-free.
