We had such a great experience with Noelia! Her customer service was exceptional from start to finish. She took the time to help us find the best deals without ever making us feel rushed, and she was incredibly thorough when explaining the different types of lenses and frames available. You can tell she really knows her stuff and genuinely cares about helping her customers make the right choice. We truly appreciate her patience, attention to detail, and friendly attitude. My experience with Kayla was very helpful. She helped me understand the warranty issue the i came in with, but she guided me into utilizing my insurance instead to get a full new set up of frames n lenses. Thank you Kayla so much for your professional guidance 🙏.
The team is super nice and deserves praise for how friendly they are, however beware if you're looking to get an eye exam, because that receptionist is not it, she was not helpful at all!
