Utilized this company for a new HVAC install on multiple homes and have had issues on 2 out of 3 homes. Have been trying to get these rectified for more than 2 weeks now. One specific house I gave exact details of their issues with the install, as well as material needed to repair it. They showed up, looked at the issues and left, telling the client they would be back later that day or the very next day. I had to reach out for an update the following week to find out they were on schedule for this Saturday, which myself and the client had no knowledge of. Very frustrating.
