Master AC & Heat was responsive to an emergency weekend call and came through wonderfully. They showed up when they said they would, isolated the problem and had my HVAC back up and running right away.
First, I love that y'all give only an hour window instead of a 4 hour window to wait. That is super helpful when both people in household work. Jonathan came out right on time. He was wonderful at clearly explaining what was happening in our furnace & how to fix. Took time to answer all our questions and I never felt like I was being sold something I didnt need or that I didnt understand.
