The grout in our upstairs shower was cracked and falling apart for the second time in 8 years. We already had it replaced once a few years ago and decided this time we would just upgrade to a no grout wall panel system.

We found a style we liked on The Onyx Collection website and also a link to Your Dream Remodeling. It was easy to schedule a quick site visit at our convenience and they continued to be very responsive by text throughout the entire process to completion.

The Your Dream Remodeling site visit with Garrett was a no hassle breath of fresh air after sitting through a mind numbing, high pressure, 90 minute sales pitch by a Kholer representative the previous week. (We were also considering a Kholer wall panel system.)

Garrett listened to us describe what we wanted, took a few measurements, made a few suggestions, showed us a few options and generated a very reasonable quote, all within 30 minutes. We considered it that evening after he left and decided to proceed. They immediately sent a contract link via email and we signed that night.

It took 3 months for the custom material to arrive, but as soon as it was in we were able to schedule the installation for the following week. The install crew was friendly, considerate and clean. The demolition took one morning and the installation took one full day plus the following morning for details.

We are extremely happy with the work. The pictures probably don't do it justice but it is a beautiful upgrade from the old tile and a relief to never worry about grout again!“
