The owner was very patient and kind. Allowed me to make several revisions and modifications to really customize my closet. Wonderful experience. Install was a joy. Highly recommend.

The installation took more than one day BUT I did appreciate the attention to detail from the installers. It took four days but it might have been only two if he had the properly cut materials.

I'd give a 3.5 for a rating if I could. This is the only company I have ever worked with who required payment in full prior to even bringing materials into our home (50% at signing and, unbeknownst to me, 50% the morning the installer showed up at the curb.) Had this been explained to me clearly at the outset, I would have looked elsewhere. I do not think that's a reasonable business practice. However, in fairness to them there were a couple hiccups (designer did not account for the main water valve on/off in our master closet so one wall had to be entirely recut and I was not asked if we wanted soft-close hinges at our design consult [although I showed the designer...read full review
