I had the most wonderful experience with Carlus. He talked me through a lot of the features of the appliances.l was Interested in before I finally decided on the piece that I wanted. I will continue to work with him on some other appliance needs in the near future. He gives great advice and the team at FBS really do care about what they are providing for their customers. He was able to help me work within my budget and also what to look out for in the products with safety and performance. I really appreciate him for his help and the team there that assisted him. I highly recommend FBS on Richmond.

I’m a repeat customer because of a prior good experience and this time was no different. It was first class service from start to finish. Roland was knowledgeable in helping me buy a replacement for my 27 year old Sub Zero and delivery was a breeze with Tony. I’ll be back again the next time I need an appliance.

Outstanding and exceptional customer service!
We went to FBS after a disaster experience at Home Depot. Carlus Cromier helped us immediately. He is professional and super nice.
I called him on his cell the day of delivery with a question, not knowing it was his day off. He was very helpful, and later a colleague followed up!
I’ll *always* go to Carlus at FBS for any future appliance purchases. He’s truly the best!
