Tim renovated most of our 1950s Mid-Century Modern home. He listened closely to all our feedback and weighed it with his expertise and explained any variations from them thoroughly. Given the age of the house, we had to make adjustments along the way. He's clearly passionate about what he does and it shows. we felt we had a great partner in the process and he's one of the only contractors I know who follows up and is still checking on is and the house well after the project was done! We've kicked a few more projects his way since and will continue to do so.
