Due to a presence of mold at my registers, I contracted Big Blue to come clean my system and replace the duct work. In doing so, Ron advised that I needed to add some additional air intakes to allow my oversized unit to keep up and run more efficiently. He also removed one of two registers in the mater bedroom as he advised with his upgrades it wouldn't be needed. His crew came in and did a horrible job. They spent all day installing the ductwork. Upon leaving they left a mess in the attic, disturbed multiple recessed lighting in the ceiling throughout the house and none of the new ductwork was properly hung. I second what the folks below said. The home warranty sent these jokers to my home and like the others they said some bs about the unit being cleaned. Yeah play that game with someone else. You have a right with your home warranty to ask for a second opinion. I did that and requested they not send these cheats to my home ever again. Beware if you use these folks!

Stay away from this business unless you want to give money away! Big Blue was sent to my home by my warranty company, they told them that I needed a new compressor which would cost $1,962.00. The warranty company denied the claim because Big Blue said that it was shorted out to the ground and that voided the warranty. I called a reputable Air Conditioner company who came out and the difference was this technician came with tools (volt ohm meter and AC Manifold Gauge) to check to find out exactly what the problem was.
