We've been using these guys for years. They are trustworthy and always provide great service. Our most recent experience was third week in January 2026 on the Saturday morning before our first freeze is forecasted. We awoke and our heating unit was not working. I emailed Strong Tower and within minutes, Josh called me asking about the problem. Upon explaining the circumstances, he immediately asked if anyone had been in my attic. As it turned out, a hot water heater repairman was in the attic the day before. Josh had me go up in the attic and look for a switch.
