Recently found out my back is really messed up and don’t want to do surgery and just the last few days going to them and doing there technique has really made things easier, I’m early with this but usually my lower back hurts like 5 mins after I get to a jobsite and just walk. Well today I feel no burning or pain in that area at all after my appointment today. I know I need to go 5 days a week but I have a high demand job and met in the middle of doing it 3 times a week and if it takes a little longer that’s fine.
