Dr Wu has SO much experience (decades, you can read his bio on the website), he and his wife (also a Chinese medicine doctor) are so kind and friendly, and their clinic is clean and welcoming. Dr Wu puts needles in with such skill that you hardly feel a thing, it's as light as a feather. I've had a very positive experience with Ms. Jannie. What stands out most is that she took the time to listen and truly understand the situation before discussing how acupuncture may help. Rather than immediately pushing supplements or recommending an aggressive treatment schedule, her approach feels thoughtful and patient-centered.
