I remember when I was previously in physical therapy for my left ankle and PT had mentioned dry needling. At the time, I was almost done and decided I didn’t need it since it felt a lot better. Years later when my right ankle started acting up, I realized I had to find a way to avoid wearing a boot and physical therapy again.My ankle tends to get tight and painful when I start increasing my mileage on my runs or when I attempt to do speed work. I came to dr Dannug after a motor vehicle accident. Getting an appointment was super easy and fast. His staff is very attentive, kind and friendly. Dr Dannug is very professional; listened to my concerns and further inquired about my symptoms and how i was feeling. He explaiend the treatment plan to me and we got started. I would highly recommend him and his practice for your chiropractic needs, or if you have been involved in a car accident. He's the one to go to! ?

Had a race coming up and as an endurance runner I was feeling a lot of aches and pains in my hips, calves, and feet. Surprisingly and thankfully I felt relief just after the first visit. And after a few more visits I was able to PR my marathon without any pain! So glad I came in, thank you!
