“I visited Dr.Garza's office because I was searching for a doctor that incorporated self-care and physical therapy in their treatment plan. My doctor referred me to Dr. Garza to help me alleviate pain in my lower back and hip for an injury that occurred many years ago. I had visited several doctors in the past for this very same problem but was only given medication and the minimum physical treatment, but nothing worked. Dr. Garza explained every aspect of his routine on a diagram that outlined the areas he's going to treat. He also was attentive and answered all my questions and concerns. To my surprise, after the 1st visit, my range of motion had improved to where I was able to move about without experiencing excruciating pain. “I was treated by Dr Charles and Dr Paige years ago and thoroughly enjoyed each and every visit. We moved out of the area and discontinued our care but kept in touch via social media.My husband pinched a nerve on his neck out of nowhere today! He was literally doing nothing. It got so bad that he was in a terrible mood, in pain, and unable to move.As someone that gets pinched nerves often, I know how terrible it is to not be able to do the most basic things!It's Saturday evening, nothing is open until Monday. “I have been to four different chiropractors. Dr. Cruz is by far the best I have been treated by. I have been treated by him three times now and each time I'm treated with care, patience, and never feel rushed. Dr. Cruz is great at measuring to you and is able to understand not only the pain you may be experience but takes the time to explain to you what is causing it and how he's going to help you. He makes sure you have a good understanding of what's causing your discomfort and what you can do daily to help prevent it from reoccurring. The pain in my upper back and shoulder area has greatly decreased thanks to Dr. Cruz treatment and the stretches/exercises he gave me as "homework".“
