Jonelle is lovely and kind and explains things in an easy-to-understand way. The session was unhurried and relaxing. After the intake which was through but not at all rushed, I laid on a very comfortable table with my head nicely elevated and a knee bolster. It felt like a zero gravity recliner. There were a couple needle insertions that were noticeable but for the most part if I didn't know she was inserting them, I wouldn't have felt them at all. Then you have 30 minutes to relax and zone out, which was easy. There's a warming infrared lamp aimed at your feet for added benefit. Time flew! i’m being treated by JoNell for overall pain, mostly from neck pain due to degenerative bone disease. not as painful as i expected. body felt good after first visit. she’s patient, attentive and a great listener, never rushed.
