He answered all my questions and explained how everything would work with insurance. His quote was right in line with my insurance company. I had no worries about having to get the insurance to pay out more or pay the difference myself. (Unlike with other quotes I got). Materials and his team showed up the following Monday morning and we're done by that afternoon. The team worked fast, and their cleanup was immaculate. I didn't find any nails or shingles left anywhere. Russ contacted insurance that day to have them issue the final check, and has been so patient as we wait for it to come in. “We’ve had an issue with our roof leaking in our garage in the same spot since we moved in 9 years ago. It’s been addressed two other times along with a new roof with no resolve. Elliott came out, went up into the attic,he said there is a dip in the roof where the water is accumulating which is causing the leak during the severe weather and he sent out a crew to fix it in a few days. I’ll have to wait for a few severe storms to give a total thumbs up but for now I haven’t had any leaks, and I was very impressed with the way Elliot checked out all possible causes since it’s been an on going issue for me.
