I had a couple of leaks on my roof. Shannon came to do an inspection and explained what needed to be done. He gave me a couple of options and provided detail process of filing a claim with the insurance company. I wanted to get the leaks fixed ASAP. Shannon emailed me the estimate, I signed it and two days later the roofers were doing the repairs. Since then we had a couple of rain storms here in Dallas and the leaks stop 100%. I needed my roof replaced from hail damage, and wanted to find the best company to take care of it. From the moment I called Triton Roofing & Restoration I was met with professionalism and quality service. I had a portion of my roof in need of patching prior to my claim payment and they sent someone out to repair it. I met with Shannon Watson and he was amazing in showing me my options as well as the quality of work Triton did at other homes. He kept me up to date on every step of the process, showed me drone photos as the work was being done. Outstanding service from start to finish. I would highly recommend these guys my contractor Shannon helped us with the insurance and the steps needed to get them to cover the roof and was so helpful threw the whole process! They have customer for life!
