The people who put in our air conditioner drilled holes in major beams to hold the unit. The air conditioning people quoted over $3,000 to replace the beam (that they damaged). Mark, of C&F Discount Roofing came out and made a thorough inspection. Using one additional piece of lumber, he made a base to support the damage beam. Excellent work installing two solar attic fans
I can’t say enough good things about C&F Discount Roofing and the owner, Mark Fine. Mark installed two solar attic fans on my home in Denton and did an excellent job from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, and took pride in doing the job right.
The installation looks great, everything was handled smoothly, and his pricing was very reasonable. It is hard to find someone who does quality work, is honest, and is genuinely easy to work with, but Mark was all of those things. I would highly recommend C&F Discount Roofing to anyone needing roofing or attic ventilation work.
C & F Discount Roofing did such a great job working with us and our insurance company to replace our roof, gutters and solar attic fans. Mark and his team replaced the roof on our home and play house which included clean up all in one day. We had some trim that was damaged on our fireplace so they repaired the damage to keep it from leaking as well as replacing a sheet of rotted plywood. The gutters were done in only a few hours and everything looked great. Our family would highly recommend C&F DISCOUNT ROOFING if you want a roofing company that is honest and will follow through until all the work is completed. Thank You!
