“Wilco Contractors are AWESOME!!! My husband and I previously received several rejections for a roof replacement on our home. Several roofers came through claiming to have our best interest at heart, but I soon found out the interest was only for their pockets. I had one company to file two claims back-to-back, which did not help my claim filing history. As time passed, and I had conversations with different individuals concerning my roof; I kept hearing the name of A.J. mentioned as someone who is very good in this business, and who is very trustworthy. I truly believe God put A.J. before me, because I heard his name mentioned from at least 3 different people. When I finally contacted A.J, he traveled a distance to my home, listened attentively to my story, and after inspection of my roof, he determined that a roof replacement was definitely in need. I gave him the information to my insurance company, and he told me this company was one with very strict guidelines when it comes to roof replacements. He also told me he would contact the company on my behalf. He said based on his experience with this company, it probably would take some time, but he would help in every way possible. As others had done before, A.J. contacted our insurance company, and sure enough, again our claim was denied. We then requested another inspection where he would meet their inspector to point out and discuss seen areas of concern; again...denied!!! He suggested a public adjuster and/or an apprasial process; so we began the process. AJ. and his son, Camron made several trips to our home, meeting with different people during this process. To make a very long story somewhat shorter; in a nutshell, Wilco Roofing Contractors played a MAJOR part in getting us a beautiful new roof with expert workmanship, and in a timely manner. Let me also add that everything that transpired was done under one (1) claim. We are so thankful for all the time and energy they put forth to make this happen. There is so much more to be said about this attentive, family-oriented company, but if you have continued to read this far, your time has already been far spent.
