We have used Jim England Plumbing for over 20 years. We have always appreciated their service. This week, their employee, Niles went well beyond the call of duty to give great service. We had a water leak around a toilet causing us to use several towels to contain the water. Upon completing the repair Niles rung the towels dry, dried the floor, folded the towels and took them to the laundry room. That was so appreciated, and well beyond our expectations.
