If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!Our water pipes froze. I called the property managment and they sent out Felipe with Rush. He poked around the yard a little, in 11 degree weather, and could not find anything. He said that he had an idea and that he would be back. He came back and told me to let him know if the water came back on. He was outside for at least 45 minutes (again, its 11 degrees). Finally the water came back on!! He was able to find and repair the frozen part. Felipe is truly a God send. He could have cut the main and told us to wait until it thawed, but he did not. Mr. Bill, Jamie, Phil & the rest of their crew, sorry I didn't catch everyone's name was just simply awesome! They came out to fix the leaks & took care of everything! Logan came by to fix our leaking ceiling and turned out it wasn't a plumbing issue, but a HVAC issue. Even though it wasn't a plumbing issue he still helped by cleaning up the huge puddles left in the backroom from the leak. Highly recommend Logan and Rush Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.
