The only plumbing company I will be going to from now on. I just wanted to change the flange on one toilet in my house. Had a large reputable company provide a quote. They stated that since I have old cast iron pipes the job is not doable without breaking into the foundation and swapping out pipes. The cost was not doable...I called ICON on a Friday night. The owner himself came out on a Saturday to get the job done. He was able to show me that the cast pipes are still in decent condition. I had to replace cast iron drain lines for the whole house. We had a few problems along the way, but Condy worked to make sure everything was made right. His work schedule is unusual, but that was never a problem. In the end, the job was done well.Part way through the process, we had a drainage issue on a Sunday, with a house full of guests. Condy came out quickly, and fixed things almost immediately.
Absolute top notch... Incredibly highly recommended....Condy and Johnny worked very clean and quickly to resolve my bath, and kitchen clog problems...
