The staff was friendly, professional, and patient with me. They were very busy during my visit but still managed to get me through my appointment and back to work on time. This despite me being a few minutes late (sorry) and my strong reaction to anything near me eyes (also sorry). :)

Also I'd be remiss not to mention how cool and funny Dr. Riley Liss is (as well as fantastic at her job). I guess I'll have to remember to show up to my annual eye exam... every year, instead of every few.

My experience overall experience matches the 4.8 star rating, although I think they really deserve a 5.0.“

“Call before to see if they accept my insurance they said they did just for them to book it I get there and they say they don’t accept it and would I like to still be service no because why would the staff confirm a appointment knowing insurance was not accepted so to me unprofessional and wasted time that was really inconvenient update I call the manger Lisa she made it right also the staff was great Mia had me crying with her wonderful encouragement energy I’m leaving happy ? keep up the great work“
