Tomas came out today. He was on time and professional. Called him out for the $49 tuneup and cleaning. I was expecting to be up charged or told I needed extra repairs, neither happened. I have found my new AC guy!

THIS GUY. I tell ya, he’ll keep ya cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable and just plain the first reliable business I’ve met since trying to keep this ole, dear house from falling apart. I’ve gotten referrals from folks, let my fingers do the walk’n across the google and stumbled across this number when I was calling a company about a part... when a supply place refers one of their customers, that’s a good sign. So, I called Thomas Herrera this summer about charging my air conditioning. He showed up that day to take a look and give a guesstimate, came the next day to fix it and returned 2 days later to make sure the charge held. It wasn’t that his schedule was open, his phone was ringing off the hook the whole time. It was that he’s just that nice and hard working, wants to make sure he can help as many people as he can. So when the plumbers from this summer’s gas leak replaced my pilot light switch in backwards, I messaged Mr. Herrera and wouldn’t ya know he was on vacation with his wife... but it was ELITE AIR AND HOME REPAIR, so not only did he message me back put my little mess between two jobs he’d already had in the books for the day he got back. Gosh, it felt good to have a full, warm night’s rest. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS MAN OR THIS COMPANY ENOUGH.
