It is staffed by nurse practitioners and Dr. Groetzinger. I had an appointment on October 1st with my doctor but became ill and needed to see someone. I was able to go. I called United Health Care and this place was in network. I arrived without an appointment and had to wait about 30 minutes. The nurse tested me for COVID. The test was negative but she also recommended a culture test for COVID. The doctor prescribed an allergy medication.it really helped! I was able to go home and rest. My breathing improved and my eyes, ears, and throat felt better. I developed diarrhea and nausea. When the results came back I was still negative for COVID. I felt relief. The doctor recommended that I take the medication untill it was gone. The office is attractive and clean. The staff is friendly and very kind. I would go back to this place and will recommend it to my friends. My only regret is that I didn't feel well enough to drink a cup of the coffee they had set up in the lobby!
