Your pets are always a priority here and I never have to worry about picking them up in poor condition or with unexpected expenses.Ann and team ALWAYS do a fantastic job with our pups and it's further evidenced with the excitement they have once we get there!

My pup has separation anxiety from us but is always happy to go with one of the employees when it’s time to drop her off! Of course she is ready to come home and pulls them down the hall to get back to us :) We have been overall very happy with Countryside and highly recommend them!

I don't often leave reviews but felt it was required of me in this instance. I was worried about boarding our deaf terrier who had been adopted to a couple of families prior to finding his forever home with us. Some reviews had me concerned so we walked in to the facility unannounced and we were greeted instantly. We were given a complete tour without hesitation and booked boarding that day. I felt that this company was completely transparent from the beginning and when we arrived to drop off our dog, the owner who we had not met before already had knowledge of our fur baby. Our dog seemed great when we picked him up. This is a kennel, it's not being at home in your humans...read full review
