It was a good experience overall for Dixie. It was her first visit. I love the communication of how she was doing and what dogs she played with. Also got a bunch of pics. The place is clean. I also really love that they have an inside pool and outside places for them to swim.
The after hour answering service was frustrating. Apparently what I communicated to them regarding early check in change time didn’t get relayed properly to the office causing some miscommunication and my booking almost got cancelled. The manager apologized and said it’s best to communicate directly with the office.
This was our first time leaving our dog here for daycare and it was a very good experience. We were able to see him on the cameras throughout the day. He had a good time and was eager to go back the second day!
Staff is always friendly and Atlas is always happy when I pick him up! I feel completely confident leaving my for baby with this team when I am out of town!
