About Pet Paradise Georgetown
Pet Paradise Georgetown offers a unique pet boarding experience for dogs and cats, focusing on safety and enjoyment. The attentive staff is passionate about pets and goes the extra mile to ensure that each furry guest has a memorable stay. The resort features a signature bone-shaped pool, storytime sessions, and opportunities for socialization and fun at day camp. Guests can also enjoy spa services from professional groomers.
Many reviewers express their love for Pet Paradise Georgetown, highlighting the friendly staff who cater to pets with different personalities. Owners appreciate the report cards and live cameras that allow them to check in on their pets. Positive experiences include dogs enjoying their time playing in the yard and returning home worn out after a day of fun.
However, some reviewers have raised concerns about the limited playtime, stating that dogs only get a maximum of 2 hours of play during a 24-hour stay, with additional fees for more time. Observations indicate that the play areas are often empty, which has caused disappointment among some owners. While the staff is noted for being attentive and communicative, these concerns have led to reluctance in returning for future stays. Overall, Pet Paradise Georgetown is praised for its caring environment but has received caution regarding its updated policies and the amount of playtime available.
Reviews
They work hard to insure our dog is well taken care of. She loves going there! The facility is clean, looks great, professional with a great location. Easy to make an appointment once you're an established customer. 4 star because we didn't like the grooming, (haircut).
It was a good experience overall for Dixie. It was her first visit. I love the communication of how she was doing and what dogs she played with. Also got a bunch of pics. The place is clean. I also really love that they have an inside pool and outside places for them to swim.
The after hour answering service was frustrating. Apparently what I communicated to them regarding early check in change time didn’t get relayed properly to the office causing some miscommunication and my booking almost got cancelled. The manager apologized and said it’s best to communicate directly with the office.
