They are so good with my dog, even though he can't be mixed in with other dogs. They give him a room with a bed and water, and they come play with him, and love on him, they take him out to play and potty at least 3 times a day, gave him a swimming pool to play in, and spend a lot of time with him. He loves going to visit his friends at Action Pack!
They take GREAT care of my miniature dachshund! She is healthy and happy when I pick her up!
My only complaint is the online booking doesn’t give you the full price estimate… only the overnight cost. Evidently there is also a daily rate. (As if my dog might spend nights but not days?!?) I don’t appreciate the surprise of extra cost at pickup
I chose this facility because of the positive reviews. We needed to board our two dogs for the first time since moving to the area. I was so nervous leaving my babies at a new place. I wanted to check the place out before hand so we just stopped by one day and they were nice enough to give us a tour. From the moment we walked in I felt a sense of relief. Everyone was so friendly and it felt like they genuinely cared about the dogs. We booked four nights and it went so smooth. I even got an email with pictures. That was a great surprise. We will be booking with them in the near future. Would definitely recommend.
