“it is convenient for me to take my Md kiddo here, I like how well they keep their restroom stocked with lotion, soap, sanitizer, fragrance sprays, toilet paper, it's well stocked with these things. The Dr was thorough with explaining everything, and they seemed to schedule every one at the same time, that puts to much pressure on the Dr. Please stop doing that, because we were scheduled for a 2:00 appointment not a 2:50 appointment and we arrived early @1:40 pm“

Joyce was super fast at check in, Leslie- incredible MA, gave the non sick child all the stickers and popsicles to keep her occupied and feeling important…. and Geraldine our NP, recognized croup quickly and made sure my request to test for flu was acknowledged and swabbed my son without a fight from him.

“We love going to this office. We see Dr.Moore and he is always kind to me and my son. He has definitely calmed me down in some moments I have had as a new mom. Very patient!! He works with Baylor and came to see us the day after our delivery in the hospital which was nice and comforting. The front desk and nurses are also great and seem to really enjoy helping their patients. Easy location to get too also!“

“Dr. Lori Accrodino is by far the the BEST doctor I have EVER encountered in my entire life. Never has any doctor themselves ( not the nurse) ever called to check on my children ( or myself) after they’ve been seen from an illness. Dr. Accrodino is incredibly smart, thorough, and compassionate. She LOVES her patients and doesn’t play.
