And the clinic is so beautiful and warm and comfortable. I am so thankful I found this practice and Dr Tran! She has changed my life. Having dealt with severe chronic and acute health issues, she has stood by me, making sure I get the answers and help that I need. Everything from the time she takes to listen to me, inform me, make game plans, and follow through is like nothing I have experienced. I have never had a concerned be dismissed. Dr Tran is full of compassion and knowledge making her what doctors were made for. Because of her I have made more progress in months, than I have in over 6 years with the best specialists. The concierge model is beyond worth it and the way medicine should be practiced. They do it right at Diamond Health and I am forever grateful and blessed to have them!“

“I love Dr. Rogers she has been over my child’s care for almost 5yrs. She got down to the bottom of every time my baby was sick and she doesn’t just prescribe anything which I love I hate giving my baby just anything. “My family had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kasangottu. He was warm, thorough and my son felt extremely comfortable with him. He provided excellent feedback and a plan moving forward.

I will agree with the other reviews that scheduling the appointment was difficult (to say the least). All of my calls and emails went unanswered. I was lucky enough to know someone in the department that was eventually able to get someone to return my call. But I am unsure why it had to come to that.“

“I’m so grateful to all of the staff ! We went into the ER with my son . He was very ill with a bacterial infection that became a very severe staphylococcal infection. He was in a lot of pain. We had been to 3 different medical facilities before we went to children’s . They ( the other medical facilities ) misdiagnosed him gave him an incorrect medication that caused more harm than good. When we made it to children’s they took us right in and got to work treating and diagnosing him . They were gentle and caring. We were in a room in no time . We stayed on the 4th floor for 3 days they cared for him as if he was their own . Every single staff member. Me and my husband were scared and they eased our worries by their immediate response and treatment of our son. We came in with the clothes on our backs. not much else we were in such a rush to get our son to the ER we didn’t worry about what we needed for a stay. They gave us extra clothes, they have free washing and drying. A food card so we could also eat. We met with 3 doctors initially upon entry of the room . They got to work assessing taking blood for cultures getting antibiotics to treatment him. They kept his pain level down and made him comfortable. They called an optometrist the same night to assess his eyes . I can’t explain or express the gratitude and overwhelming appreciation for every single person who treated my son. Thank you and god bless you . Even the meal staff was an absolute delight to him ! These absolutely wonderful people are a glowing example of the golden rule . Thank you !!!!!!
