We have been going to Dr. Pass for about 3 1/2 years now. She is an amazing Doctor Who genuinely cares about each of her patients. She also takes the time to get to know the individual family. There are occasional wait times but that is only because she is trying to give each patient time, many doctors try to rush you in and out and I appreciate that about Dr. Pass but she wants to set talk with you and figure out what's really wrong. You can't have both a Doctor Who cares and a Doctor Who gets you in and out. I prefer a little bit of a wait time to have a Doctor Who genuinely cares about my children. she also tries to get sick patients in the same day

We hit the jackpot with the BEST and most caring pediatrician in Dr Amy Pass. She takes the time to get to know your child and her exam is thorough and her staff is extremely organized and efficient. This office is run like a well oiled machine! Dr Pass has terrific handouts about what to expect for the age of your child, what vaccines to consider, what is the latest about Covid, what can we expect for body changes, etc....you feel like your child has an advocate a friend and a confidant in Dr Pass. I picked Dr. Pass sort of at random because I needed a pediatrician for my newborn daughter and had no idea where to go. I feel like it was fate because I loooooove her. So much that even after we moved to Denton we still drive 30+ minutes to see her. I have no complaints with the office either. I love that there are separate entrances for well and sick visits and the waiting rooms are very empty and very clean so germs aren't easily spread. I've only had a long wait once and most of the time there's no wait at all. The nurses are great, too. We are moving out of state later this year and I'm so bummed to leave Dr. Pass.
