I started with HerKare 3-4 years ago. I used to go to the center to get my shots. They’re were some growing pains with ancillary staff changes and a location change. I always enjoyed coming into the clinic. Providers are so friendly Misty and Penny are awesome. When I moved I was offered a delivery service option to my home. Well that’s when things went downhill. Getting any sort of refill or calling into the center is awful. No one responds. I’ve tried to get one medication refilled I’ve call and my pharmacy has called many times…nothing. They switched to a testo that does nothing for me. The provider only called back after I called several days. The app they use for self inject is terrible and sets you up to get way off schedule. I have been with them for 7 years but at other location. Unfortunately Frisco is not good and I am leaving.

I have been going to the Frisco location for two years. I have been self-injecting that entire time. The staff is friendly and nice, but I have noticed several things that have made me stop my prescription with them, and I will look elsewhere.1. Their service has had a trend downward. Nothing major, but it is obvious. Today, I called them at 10:45 in the morning several times. No one answered.2. I constantly get left without shots and I have to follow up to get the problem resolved.3. The phone app could be better. There are no reminders to take shots.
