The staff here is on another level of great! The front desk girls are the sweetest and overly helpful. No one ever acts inconvenienced or in a hurry. Dr Hasting and the entire support staff are incredible. I am always met with a smile and it is always a thorough visit! I highly recommend this place!
Great Doctor & good PA. However, patients should be warned that lab work in the office costs an "EXTRA" $10. Many may live close to a lab. Offer to write lab orders each time. Or write orders and inform patient about the $10 charge. BTW, excellent lab tech who is employed by her lab.
I've had great experiences with this office. Dr. Hastings and Dr. Craig have both been very helpful for me and my family. I never once felt like they were rushing me to get to their next patient and they've always been very thorough with every diagnosis. The 7 Health Plan they offer is wonderful. I've also never had to wait very long to be seen. I realize there are some bad reviews here but I can assure you they've dealt with and corrected any shortcomings over the past year by increasing their staff and customer service quite a bit. I highly recommend them.
