His crew converted the bonus room over my garage to a bedroom, added a toilet to the 2nd floor laundry room, added a washer and dryer to my garage, and plumbed in a sink to an outside room. We were surprised with sub-floor in the living room and yet the install team took it head on and removed it all and replaced with better decking.
