“Gonzo and his company did an amazing job remodeling pretty much my entire house. My kitchen cabinets were falling apart, the house felt dark and unappealing, windows wouldn't open, etc... I called Gonzo and told him my wish list which included cabinets, windows, floors, paint, new doors, install a sliding door, fix my deck, and a few other things. I explained I didn't think I could afford all of it and asked for an estimate for each things so I could pick and choose. Gonzo did that for me even though I'm sure it took additional time. He worked with me to get the most out of my budget. In the kitchen they removed all the old cabinets and counters. It had an ugly built in oven that made the kitchen look more cramped. Gonzo removed and added an extra 3 feet of counter space. The new cabinets and counters looked great. He even added a pretty shelf above the sink which opened up the kitchen even more. They had to fix a lot of old plumbing for me too which was reasonably priced and didn't slow them down. In the dining room they added a sliding glass door which really opens up the whole house. It is bright and looks so nice. The deck outside was rotting. They rebuilt it and made it larger so that it went with the new sliding door. It came out beautiful. His team also replaced the flooring in the house, replaced doors, painted the house, replaced all the windows, fixed plumbing in the bathroom, refinished the bathroom, added a garbage disposal, fixed the floor that was sagging in the laundry room, and many other things. I am convinced there is nothing they can't do. All this was done faster than promised and never over the budget we talked about. They provided options for the surprises that came up during the remodel to help me stay on track with cost. Great experience and they will always be my first call when I need repairs or updates at my house!“

“i was desperate for 3/16" thick kerdi schluter board to finish the shower i'm tilling and i tied 3 other PFS locations in 3 states no one carried it. I called this location Fort worth TX and Rick H. went the extra miles to help ship 4'x5' board for me in California something his company does not usually do, and he did the ordering on phone for me, something they do not do because there was no way to place order on that board do to shipping issues. His customer service was top of the line , he made my day. i placed the order on march 31, April 3 was at my door. thank you Rick H.“

“I needed major home remodeling last year and Mike Benson, whose Black Dog Home Solutions cane highly recommended, did a fantastic job for me. His crew converted the bonus room over my garage to a bedroom, added a toilet to the 2nd floor laundry room, added a washer and dryer to my garage, and plumbed in a sink to an outside room. Black Dog coordinated all aspects of the work. Even though I had tremendous time pressure, the work was done flawlessly and timely, at much less cost thsn the individual components would have been. “Lee was very communicative about our flooring needs. We wanted to pull the plug months ago but had to wait for a bit before we could. Finally was able to do it this month. He let us take samples home over the weekend to figure out what pattern and color we wanted. He was always available to take my call or have me stop by his showroom. Workers showed up today 9/22/2025 around 9:30am and they were done by 1:30pm which was very efficient for them and convenient for us. For the Veterans, he gave us a military discount as well. I would recommend him highly to anyone that has flooring needs for their home.“
