Everyone was nice and it was a comfortable place to go. Daniel just made me feel so secure that eeverything would be taken care of and that feeling just continued. Very relaxing to be there.“

“I give 4 stars only because of the negative experience I had over the phone with the lady who scheduled my appointment. Other wise five stars would go toward Fuquay, who is the only practitioner that understands my personal ailments and diagnosis. I don’t appreciate the illusion of being called a liar about multiple cancellations when I shared that another lady cancelled and scheduled different dates while we were planning the best date for me over the phone. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.i“

“I do not understand why all of these people are saying negative things about Vascular Tyler. I had my first appointment today and the ladies that greeted me were so kind and very helpful. Her name was Nohemy and I sure hope I spelled it correctly! She definitely could have been irritated with me if she had a snarky bone in her body but she doesn’t! I messed up and didn’t fill out all of my paperwork and she was very kind and understanding! How hard is it to fill out the paperwork correctly, well I obviously screwed it up and I’m sure she’s seen it several times but she didn’t let it bother her!! Once I was called back, the medical assistant was so sweet and very knowledgeable and answered every question I had and treated me with respect!! Then came Dr. Robbins and he was just as nice, knowledgeable, sweet, took time to explain it all. So, this group of people got 100%!!! To be honest, when I walked in, I had my guard up but it quickly went down when Nohemy was so pleasant and respectful. So, all of the Karen’s out there being so negative maybe should look in the mirror before trying to knock people down!!“

“My son was treated there for many years. If it hadn’t been for them I don’t know that he could have gone to college and got honors at TJC. He was so mentally ill from a combination of autism and learning disabilities he would walk down the street talking to himself and non verbal with others. They aren’t there to be your best friend. They’re there to treat mental illness and disabilities.“
