I have been going here for the past 4 months after surgery on my femur. Caleb and Deborah have been really helpful and so far I see improvement. Theresa in the front desk on the other hand needs to do better with customer service. I feel she could be much nicer and professional dealing with patients. She has been rude to me multiple times but I choose to ignore it. And for this reason I am not able to leave a 5 star review.
Had experience with both the Cardiac Rehab unit (9 weeks, 27 visits), and the ER. Both departments were excellent. Staff were attentive, thorough, friendly and really seemed to have my best interests at heart. Questions were answered & time was taken, to insure I was well informed of treatments and any recommended follow-up.

I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience at the Henderson outpatient rehabilitation. C a s e y is beyond caring, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional! In all my years of having to have physical therapy, this is by far the best, most successful therapy I've ever had.
