I asked the young lady’s if I was going to get a survey. I wanted to make sure their bosses know how wonderful they are at their jobs. Ashley had me so comfortable, in my MRI that I fell asleep inside. The experience is always fast, informative and pleasant.This hospital has some of the finest medical care teams I have ever had the pleasure of having treat me. They listen, they’re engaged collectively, so everyone is on the same page, when you have more than one doctor there. Also very important for me is that this hospital is equipped to handle whatever I throw at them. Love it ❤️
I had a CT at 5th st. Imaging. The experience was very positive. The nurse was Quesha and CT tech was Larry. They were informative and did their jobs very well. They show great customer service skills and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you for having such good and experienced people in their roles.-Bill
After two failed attempts at a different location, I was nervous when I showed up for my MRI at UT Health Imaging. But, Andrea and Stephanie at the imaging department were the best. From the minute I signed the book and they realized I was nervous, they went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% comfortable before and during my MRI. Would definitely do it again without hesitation.
