I am a retired nurse. I was active for 42 years so you might say I was in 'customer service for 42 years. I had high expectations when I decided on Oak Street and was not disappointed. Everyone was nice and it was a comfortable place to go. Daniel just made me feel so secure that eeverything would be taken care of and that feeling just continued. Very relaxing to be there.
It was my 3rd visit to Oakstreet and each time I have been there was wonderful. I ask to speak to Daniel and the nurse went and got him the last time I was there he told me about a restaurant and so I went there and yes it was good so anyway I wanted to thank him and he is all smiles so kind everyone makes you feel like Oakstreet is your home away from home I am never worried about going to the doctor
Everyone was kind and took time to explain what their job was to help me.The building was exquisite, calm colors with beautiful decor. I felt very comfortable being there.I believe God put your facility in my path for a reason. Praying that God uses all of you to help me with my health and use your professional wisdom to help me live my life free from pain and sickness. I give God the Glory for putting all of you in my path. Thank you!
