The Staff are very friendly and professional and they have helped me when other places wouldn't, they are all about helping people who can't pay much and they are 1 of the only places who will I would recommend Andrew's Center in Tyler Texas to anyone who needs mental health care or just a place to talk about your problems and emotional support it's great ?

My son was incarcerated for a non violent minimal offense Wright before the covid crisis shut down everything. This was not Smith County jail nor Henderson County. This was Bowie County Texas, that is Texarkana a small city that sits on the border of Arkansas and Texas for you guys that don't know. Well anyway during his sentence at Bowie County he had witnessed a guard beat a guy severely bad with his fist while his hands where handcuffed behind his back. Probly the most incompetent set of people i have ever come across working with them for two year they are still just terrible. They have no communication skills and gas light you every step of the ways. But hey its east texas sadly its all you got
