I thought I needed a new roof and called Smith and Ramirez. I remembered seeing their business named in a Habitat for Humanity project. Alex Ramirez responded and was at my house within two days. He gave me a thorough inspection with photos. His advice? Your roof is good - no need for his business. He even refused my offer to pay for his consult. I recommend Smith and Ramirez with highest score possible.
I recently hired Smith & Ramirez Roofing to replace the roof on my home—a massive project spanning between 7,000 and 8,000 square feet. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding.
Smith & Ramirez is hands down the most professional, reliable, and detail-oriented roofing company in El Paso. They operate as true perfectionists. Special recognition goes to Alex Ramirez for his leadership and oversight throughout the job, as well as Jorge and his crew, who handled the heavy roof work and tile placement. The precision, alignment, and care Jorge’s team demonstrated on every square foot of tile were remarkable.

Great company to work with! Thought I needed a new roof coating. After a detailed inspection, they advised just re-sealing all penetrations. Crew showed up on time both days and worked hard all day. The clean up was great too. When they finished you couldn't tell they had been there. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing roof repairs, new windows or gutter replacement. It's hard to find companies like this in El Paso but these guys run a professional organization.
