Smith & Ramirez did my roof 5 years ago it has been fantastic, I have lived in this house for more than 20 years and have had 3 roofs. This experience was different, I live at mountain park on the mountain in north east El Paso. Every roof I had prior had wind issues this roof has been the best and 25yr workmanship warranty to top it all off. Mr. Ramirez has also called me after a bad wind storm just to check on me, that is service. Thank you Alex!!!!
Alex and his team did a superb job on replacing our 26 yr+ tile roof which suffered from leaks and poor maintenance from the previous owner. There's nothing worse than the feeling of worry when it rains and you have a bad roof. After Alex's team replaced our roof, we've experienced several rains with zero issues to our interior. No more wet, damaged drywall or puddles on the floor! It's the best feeling to know your home has a solid roof. The team showed up on time and did a great job keeping the area clean which I also appreciated. A side benefit is our house looks amazing now!
