The inspection was done and I was told by Mr. Ruiz what would be required. I expected the total replacement of the roof, but as it turned out only certain repairs were required. The price very reasonable and Mr. Ruiz explained very carefully what the repairs would be like. As much as had to be done, I contracted his company to do the repairs. He and his crew were on time and they did the work in a timely manner. Their work was done in a professional manner, and my roof looks as good as new. I was very satisfied that a new roof was not required.
