I want to say upfront that ANY review that talks about this company with regards to. Home Warranty Service Request it is NOT this company. A simple search of the Home Service contractor and phone number will show you that. The names are nearly identical but it is NOT this company. I, too, had a non working HVAC and First American provided RAA Group dba (doing business as) Lone Star Mechanical. Joe is Lone Star Mechanical CONTRACTOR and is not a DBA. So that's right off the bat for all these bad reviews impacting a great, local, family owned small business.
