Vince, the lead technician, is an absolute professional, knowledgeable, and cares about doing the job correctly the first time. He came out on a Saturday to fix an air conditioner so the customer wouldn’t go another day without AC. Grace at the front desk was friendly, professional, and helpful, making scheduling smooth. Vince and his assistant, Oscar, were outstanding, courteous, hardworking, and efficient. They replaced an entire AC system and made the stressful situation hassle-free. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and were respectful of the home. The team explained options clearly and answered all questions. Customers highly recommend All Air for honest, skilled, and reliable AC professionals.
I cannot adequately express how awesome Vince has been in our experience. He is an absolute professional in every sense. He’s knowledgeable, he cares, he does the job correctly the first time! Our insurance jerked us around for almost an entire month about our air conditioner when it went out and when he was finally authorized to buy the correct part he came out on a Saturday just so we wouldn’t have to go another day without AC.
