From my very first visit, Dr. Yazmin recognized that I was dealing with frozen shoulder, and the diagnosis was later confirmed by MRI. What really sets this practice apart is their approach to treatment. It isn’t your typical physical therapy experience—it feels like the perfect combination of physical therapy, chiropractic techniques, stretching, and therapeutic massage.
Dr. Yazmin would personally work on my shoulder, using massage, stretching, and hands-on techniques to help improve my mobility and decrease the pain and tightness. Then I would work with Danielle on exercises specifically designed to improve my range of motion and strength. The combination was AMAZING and made such a difference in my recovery.
