My primary care doctor referred me to Concentra for physical therapy, and I had a great experience. Everyone I encountered during my 12 sessions was professional, courteous, and friendly. The staff made each visit a positive experience. If you’re in need of physical therapy services, I would definitely recommend this location!
The wait wasn't bad at all to be seen. The front desk check in was not great though. The woman behind the desk was not friendly. She never told me that I'd be receiving a text to complete my intake paper work. She just said to write my name and phone number on a sheet. Nothing else. The same woman did my work up and she has a condescending attitude that wasn't appreciated. I had no problem with the doctor or the other woman behind the desk.
The staff at the front desk is outstanding and another staff member took care of me. I was there for a drug test and I wasn’t feeling well and they checked my blood pressure. These young ladies are awesome!!! Thank u ladies so much!
