“Dr Hergert and his team were excellent. I called on a Tuesday around 10:30 am and thankfully they were able to get me in within the hour. “I really love this practice especially Dr. Stinnett. She is very thorough in her exam and explains anything you might have a question on. The one area they could improve on is their front desk staff. Anytime I call, I feel like it’s a huge inconvenience for them to answer questions or help me. For example, I needed a receipt for my FSA and asked if I could have one sent to me. The response I got was you’ll need to come pick up a printed copy, we don’t email. I find it odd that a dr. offices in 2024 can’t email a receipt. I work until 5 and it’s very hard to get all the way over to the office to pick up a receipt. I think they should be a little more inclined to help a patient with their questions vs. it feeling like it’s inconvenience for them and trying to get off the phone as fast as possible.“
